    It is a space for honest reflection and real clarity. Together, we’ll explore:

    • What’s going on with your health

    • What your health goals are

    • What’s been helping—or holding you back

    • And what your best next step might be

    You’ll speak with a licensed nutritionist or health coach who specializes in cancer, diabetes, heart disease, and chronic illness—and who’s deeply invested in helping people who are able, willing, and ready to do the work to make meaningful changes in their health and lives.

    This call also gives us the opportunity to determine if you’re a good candidate for our approach to nutrition therapy. If we believe we can help you help yourself, we’ll walk you through next steps. And if not, we’ll gladly share other options that may better support your needs right now.

    Clarity Calls last about 30 minutes (give or take 15), and are focused on you, your health story, and what comes next.

  • On the day of your call, we’ll reach out using the Zoom link inside our secure platform (Practice Better).

    To get the most out of your session, we suggest:

    • Finding a quiet space

    • Bringing a pen and paper (or digital notes)

    • Having a few thoughts ready about what you’re hoping to figure out or move toward
